At Ekitia, we believe that ethics must be accessible, actionable and embedded into data and AI projects to foster trust, collaboration and innovation.

Ekitia is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the ethical development of the data economy by connecting public, private and academic actors within a shared framework of trust. Ethics is approached not as a constraint, but as a lever to enable cooperation, align stakeholders and support the success of complex, multi-actor data and AI initiatives.

Ekitia brings together a diverse ecosystem of professionals, institutions, researchers and practitioners, working collectively to translate ethical principles into concrete practices. This approach is grounded in Ekitia's Ethical Charter for Data Use, a co-constructed and evolving reference framework, which serves as the foundation for practical tools, capacity-building initiatives and the Ekitia Label, designed to recognise and promote ethically robust projects and solutions.

Eki'Learning and the associated tools are directly derived from Ekitia's Ethical Charter for Data Use, translating its principles into concrete learning resources, assessment frameworks and operational guidance.
